Clockwork7: Still busy

Woah, I had to update my ancient journal because bleah!

So, I'm currently doing volume 2 of Clockwork Sky plus some client work to pay the bills, yarrrhh.

And I'm working on a webcomic to be launched early in the second half of this year. Yah, I know, I said early this year. But the plan (and the story!) has changed a little. It's going to be launched as part of a small group of modern-fantasy style webcomics, and...I have said too much already. We're currently doing the nitty gritty back-end of building the site, and I'm busy designing the world and writing a story arc to suck you all in. The only keywords I can tell you for now are...'little red riding hood'...and 'ghosts'...

Also, I'll be at Kinokuniya's free comic book day in early May in Sydney. Come say hello!

Studio Cramoisy

Studio Cramoisy was formed by Niko Geyer and Honoel A. Ibardolaza in 2007 in response to a gnawing need to bridge the narrowing gap of their unique working environment – Niko is based in Germany and Honoel in the Philippines. Before the online studio, both artists had worked independently on a variety of projects, from collectible card games to full-length graphic novels.

They joined forces with American Clay Gardner to round out their offerings with a bit of design, typographic flair, and really tiny icons.

In 2010, deciding that three continents wasn't enough, the studio invited Madeleine Rosca, the award-winning artist from Down Under and author of Hollow Fields.

Studio Cramoisy provides many theoretically useful services: cover illustrations, comic books & manga, children’s book style artwork, concept art production and all matters of graphic design. We would love to work with you!

I just bought the whole series of Hollow Fields, (omnibus collection) and I didnt know what to expect. I thought it risky to buy a manga I've never heard of or even tried that costed $15. But I made the perfect choice!!!! Hollow fields was GENIUS, the characters GENIUS, The art was uniquelly beautiful, and kept me thoroughly entertained and everytime i had to stop reading I was very mad at the person stopping my reading. In fact I read the whole series today XD I personally loved Emily (miss Notch) the most. Thank you for being "the greatest mad scientist ever"
